SAEED

Specializing in Yoga

Saeed is a fitness influencer with a passion for helping people change their lives and transform their health and wellness to experience the best version of themselves. He is an experienced personal fitness trainer, with expertise in several fitness specialties including cardiovascular exercises, strength and conditioning as well as endurance routines.  

He has worked with hundreds of people, helping them conquer their worst fears, get fit and improve their wellness. Saeed is Certified Fitness Trainer with the American Council on Exercise and holds a certificate in Master Fitness Coach and Cross Training from the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBF). He focuses on the needs of his audience and their condition, learning their challenges and inspiring them on the journey to overcome those challenges. He invests a lot of time designing fitness regimes suited to the clients and conducts his sessions with vigor, vitality and fun.

Saeed is friendly and fun-loving. He approaches his work with deep empathy and care for his diverse audience.

STAPH

Specializing in Strength

Meet Staph, the smoothest, yet high intensity trainer. He specializes in aerobics, cardio routines, strength training and stretching. Staph has worked with people of all ages with different varieties of fitness and wellness needs and challenges, in a career that spans more than a decade.

He loves to keep his sessions engaging, fun and making it a balance between light and intense. He adds empathy and care with a keen focus on the goals of the audience and their safety. He creates simple and sustainable training programs for his audience based on their needs and helps them monitor and measure results and recognize milestones.

His passion for wellness drives him to go the extra mile to make sure clients achieve their goals and feel successful --- including conducting research and sharing regular tips on nutrition and diet with his audience to help them stay on track.

He holds a certificate in Advance Fitness from the Ghana Armed Forces Physical Training School with a specialty aerobics, anatomy and physiology, leadership and sports injury.

JULIUS

Specializing in Endurance

Julius is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with a specialty in endurance, metabolic training and stress management programs. He has worked with hundreds of clients across a wide age range and diverse professions – from CEOS to professional athletes and everyone in-between. Julius is intense, yet flexible. He is enormously skilled in adapting training programs to meet mid-project changes in client needs and focus.

He plans his sessions thoroughly and conducts them with appropriate intensity and care, making sure results are achieved without boredom or burnout
